Christopher Priestley


Chris has been working as a coach for last ten years and has been heavily involved in the development of a number of clubs training schemes as well as the individual development of many players.

Chris set up 780 Coaching when he left Southampton FC. Returning back to the area he went to school he was able to develop a number of different schemes working closely with the schools of the area to deliver excellent sports training to as many children as possible.

Chris has the FA Level 3 qualification and has worked at four professional clubs in Oxford United, Southampton F.C., Scunthorpe United and most recently Lincoln City F.C.

Chris is also a key member in the Soccer4Succes team that ran trips with AC Milan each summer and is now helping to develop the new Madrid Trip.



Oliver Bradbury


Olly has worked for 780 for a number of years gaining valuable experience as to the day to day work that 780 undertakes.

Within the last couple of years however he has developed into a key member of the team.

After obtaining his degree in BSC (hons) Sports Coaching from Leeds Metropolitan University, Olly has shown fantastic promise through his enthusiasm and passion to learn.

One of Olly’s qualities is his eagerness to develop. Olly has recently passed his UEFA B qualification and is looking to progress his qualifications further by sitting his Youth Module 2 award.

His dedication and commitment to 780 Coaching and its projects is excellent and his fantastic manner with children and parents alike has also seen him become increasingly involved with 780’s sister company Soccer 4 Success



Timothy Hepworth


Tim has been working as a coach with 780 coaching since 2014 but as a player has been a part over 780 Coaching since 2005.

Tim began his time as a player on 780 Coachings Saturday morning club and attended nearly every session for over 5 years until he became too old to continue. At this stage he was offered a chance to come and support the coaching team shadowing them and supporting the younger players, a role he took to with aplomb.

When old enough he began to work towards his coaching badges and is now an FA Level 2 coach and one of the lead coaches within the Team 780 Development Centre.



Gary Cooke


An experienced sports coach with existing qualifications within a number of different sports.

Gary is a Level 2 qualified Cricket Coach and has undertaken specific courses on wicket-keeping and spin bowling.

Gary is a Head Coach at a club local to Gainsborough which has making significant strides forward in encouraging youngsters to play cricket.

Gary is a Level 1 Football Coach and has over 11 years experience coaching varying age groups from under 7s to adults and have managed both girls, boys and mixed teams. He is looking to begin his Level 2 qualification soon and has completed further courses on goalkeeping, coaching in confined spaces and dealing with difficult participants.

Gary is fully committed to developing young people in and through sport, improving their sporting ability and making them more rounded individuals. He is passionate in trying to help all those he works with achieve the best they can whilst not losing their love of their relevant sport(s).

Gary has been a part of the 780 Coaching since September 2013 and shows pride and enthusiasm to be associated with all the projects that are covered.
